We are looking for a School Receptionist to provide effective, frontline reception and administrative support to the Junior School. This is a varied role, which includes being the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, and various administrative tasks such as monitoring registration and completing absence and late reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be diplomatic and discreet and be highly organised. Experience in a busy receptionist role is desirable.
Salary: Competitive plus benefits.
Hours: Term time (34 weeks) with an extra five weeks out of term time. Full time – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with one hour for lunch. Part time working may be considered, please indicate the arrangements you would be interested in within the application form.
